•Manage KYC Portfolio on Periodic reviews and new onboardings related to Customer Due Diligence for Corporate Clients.
•Responsible for Interacting with clients and collecting client documents and reviewing ensuring accuracy and in compliance with Policies, Procedures and DOIs.
•Support Client Managers, Relationship Managers, Products Sales and Operations to solve client issues
•Identify, manage and escalate blockages identified during the due diligence process related to Adverse Media, International Sanctions, Anti money Laundering (AML), Political exposed persons, etc. and obtaining necessary approvals from Compliance team locally and in network
•Communicate with Hub team for fast TAT time and high accuracy and completeness on CDD cases to avoid overdue cases.
•Collaborate with account opening team for fast TAT and completeness on account openings for improved client experience
•Sourcing tax documents for clients on Markit when required.
•Assist counterparts in various regions locally and internationally on Sanctions and adverse media and sourcing information from Acceptable Data Sources.

•Prepare and process syndicated loans from Banks and large corporate customers
•Book U.S. Dollar and foreign currency loans with Treasury Department and make Payments on Citrix system
•Verify other team members’ input on EBBS, ACBS and Magellan systems making sure that customers’ instructions and Bank’s policies are followed
•Print and distribute daily reports, rate sheets and loan notices from soft fax
•Reconcile the LPU GL suspense in both USD and foreign currency accounts on a daily basis

•Called customers and account officers for debit authorization on documents against Payments/Acceptances
•Processed Advice of Acceptance, Extensions on D/A, Air Release confirmation, payment advice, documents returned, released free of payment, documents paid direct and Trusts Receipts. Booked contracts for foreign currencies
•Logged documents on Bank Trade, checks and cancel Air Releases, Steamship guarantees, general ledger tickets for fees.
