-Implement and establish I.E tools to a plant for very first time - The project is mainly about placing the right structure across the value stream to support value adders to perform their daily work. Reached the target with 100% concentration, smartness at work, trainings, selecting right people at right place, offering financial motivations and gradually implementing LEAN CONCEPT tools.
-Continuous Flow project- The project mainly focuses on improving productivity by reducing lead time, and inventory to create a smooth cash flow of the business. I was lucky enough to make necessary arrangement as it’s a vertical production facility, from fibre to finish goods. The project resulted a handsome amount of cash flow difference in business.

Waste Eliminating project – Basically the project created to plant the Lean concept on the process. I was fortunate to work with Hondurans Industrial Engineer Mr.Fedorovich Alveraz in this project.
