A little bit about me.
I was the Bar Manager for Piatti Restaurant/ Thousand Oaks (2006-2008) in charge of ordering liquor, inventory, hiring, and running AM/PM shifts. I also helped Chef Gonzales, develop Italian entrees to be used for specials. I left for a better opportunity at Jersey Mike’s.
During my tenure at JM West / Jersey Mike’s Sub (2008-2015), I was able to raise sales in the Newbury Park store to 22% from past sales . I did it by rebuilding a great staff, who bought into my vision,making a great sub and hitting the juice, doing great customer service and keeping a clean store . I always reached the bonuses marks.$60K + bonus
I also covered a multi-unit manager role, while working for Angel Velazquez (7 stores- NP, T.O., WV, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, Ojai) reaching 7% growth in sales by working with the managers, hiring, growing new leaders.
I left Jersey Mike’ in July 2015,to buy Stella’s Gourmet Restaurant, Upscale casual dining(2015-2022) in Newbury Park. An American restaurant that I purchased for $80K re vamped, added Italian food, extended hours, developed catering and increase sales up to over 60 percent making it very profitable. I sold Stella’s ; last May1st, 2022 .
I recently got hired as a General Manager at Krispy Kreme, Oxnard.(hired date 04/03/2023). I’m responsible for overall store operations, including overseeing all aspects of production, customer experience, sales, and human resources. This involves developing a staff of professional employees, generating maximum revenue, and ensuring both customer and employee satisfaction. Additionally, I’m responsible for having a thorough understanding of doughnut production and maintaining the highest level of quality products .Left Krispy Kreme on 08/24/2023 on a personal. $70K + $12K bonus.
