My job with Teasley is to help with inspection on numerous projects, and help preform field inspections on old or failing sanitary sewer manhole across Davidson County for the Cleanwater Nashville program. I can provide drone Ariel progress reports for projects, give the contractors (Pre-Bid, during, and Post Job) imaging for all our contracted clients in addition to all management duties. With the use of drones on site projects I was able to create 3D cut-fill map, this helped with scheduling and managing the progress.

For many years I have worked on many different types of projects from water/wastewater projects, multi-family, retail, and heavy civil (roads and bridges). Throughout this I have learned many do’s, and don’ts which have taught me teamwork and leadership skills that show with a little determination and dedication you can accomplish anything. Having many different manager positions over the years I have increased productivity simply by being a hands- on leader on and off the jobsite. With all the work experience and training I’ve received; I have gained a great deal of the kind of knowledge needed in a modern construction industry. I started my own project management consulting company in 2017.

P R O F E S S I O N A L P R O J E C T H i g h l i g h t s Goodall Homes – Multi Subdivisions South of Nashville (Laurelstone Phase 1A, Waters Edge Phase 6 & 7, Shadow Green On-site and Off-site (June 2020 to December 2020) Budget: $5+M Each

Project Manager for the construction on several Goodall Project. Laurelstone Phase 1A was a project that I inherited and took lots of time to get it back on schedule. Another project I managed was Waters Edge Phase 6 & 7. This project was a big challenge that required me to get creative with how to stay on-time and budget. The soils on site were suitable fill but using this to do 6’-8’ fills in the fall and winter was impossible. The total site was a 100+ acre site so we went to the back of the project site and miner shot rock to use for the fills. This put the project possibly ahead of schedule by being able to deliver all of phase 6 and some of 7 by the summer of 2021. I worked on several our projects and did close-outs on a few existing projects.
