Was trained in additional skills to be a CSR dealing with student loans, I was released but this job was way too much for me due to each account requiring multiple codes, and you could not just score the account with information. The codes involved were about 150 or more, and I considered this above me, however, I enjoyed my time there, as the trainers were supper nice and well knowledgeable.
