Product owner for a team challenged with building a solution to connect field locations across the globe to SAP and business specific applications.

- Large project consisting of eight teams building a solution to replace legacy software, connect to multiple Enterprise Resource Planning software, and bring value to the company.

- Utilized Scrum framework and Agile methodology to create and prioritize a backlog of requirements and deliver usable pieces of code to stakeholders for regular review.

- Work in a diverse team of Developers, UX Designers, and Subject Matter Experts from all over the globe to consistently deliver new features and enhancements to benefit application users.

Key Achievements: From concept to global deployment, the Field Delivery Platform (FDP) for SLB was designed, developed, and deployed during my time as Product Owner. Since initial deployment, FDP has been rolled out globally to all business lines of SLB and is used for all job planning and execution.

Design, development, and implement new tools or improvements to existing tools for the Specialized Tools product line located in Houston, TX.
