ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
While working within Davita Kidney Care, I have acted towards and received my CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician), become a Preceptor, taken over or assisted the roles of access, missed treatment, and adequacy manager. I also became the Peritoneal Dialysis Champion for the clinic as well as using that information while traveling to other facilities. As of April, I became a facility administrative assistant.
While an employee at PAM, I became the very first dialysis technician for the company itself in the nation. As of June, I became a PAMbassador to welcome new onboarding employees and show them around the hospital. I also completed all orders for the dialysis department, audit patient charts, and trained new staff for the dialysis team on machines and documentation.
As of the beginning of September, I have began in assisting wound care with debridement procedures and dressing changes.
