Construction estimator/ GC

Construction estimator with 30 years estimating most trades of construction, turnkey projects with multi-family facades, storage buildings, metal building projects, multiple national brand gas stations, grocery, medical, two-three story office buildings, etc.

Typically takeoff divisions 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10; solicit vendor/subcontractor quotes to complete excel estimate. Extremely proficient with CONCRETE, MASONRY, PRECAST, EIFS/STUCCO.

Tenant Buildout estimates will include entire estimate takeoff including MPE trades. Utilize a laptop/monitor system which is updated regularly. Typically estimates are General Conditions through OH&P (turnkey). accompanied by the proposal letter to the client. Have GMP project experience. Currently Qualify NACE with an active GC License.
