• To make the quantity of paint materials as per the the client requirement and arrange all machines and equipments for calibration.

• Paint and Coating protection consisting of Inorganic zinc silicate, zinc rich epoxy, Phenolic Epoxy, Glass Flake Epoxy, Polyurethane, Heat Resistance Epoxy, Acrylic Silicone etc. Familiar with, Sigma, Hempel, International and Jotun Products.

• Submit all incorporate quality documents to the client and getting the prior approval.

• Review and maintain the Calibration records of machines and Inspecting Equipments.

• Close the quality corrective activities and Non-conformance reports.

• To prepare all the quality control reports and getting prior approval of the client.

• Verification of Surface preparation of steel surface and monitoring of ambient conditions.

• Measurement of Anchor profile, WFT & DFT as per

the client’s quality requirement.

• Witnessing the Blaster and Painter Qualification.

• Witnessing & Performing Pinhole Test for Painting.

• Witnessing & Performing Chloride (Water Soluble Salt) Test for Surface

Preparation.
