• All remaining villas will be refurbished/renovated by replacing all sanitaryware and tapware, installing new light fixtures, concealing/improving A/C units for aesthetics, and installing a Video Entry System in each villa including a new pool heating system

• Main Restaurant and Bar – Install new A/C system, New Fixtures for Lighting, replace sanitaryware & tapware and introduce dimming system, Replace the DBs

• Supply & install all MEP equipment for the new Cold Buffet, Hot Buffet & new Private Dining areas

• Specialty Restaurant – Redo all toilets, New Fixtures for Lights, New Kitchen extraction system, and New A/C installations with dimming system.

• Spa - A/C installation to be improved aesthetically, Replace Sanitary and Tapware, Sauna / Steam / Laconicum and Lights in Outdoor Terraces, New Fixtures for Lights with a dimming system

• Reception – Meeting Room Up-Gration, New fixtures for lighting with a dimming system

• Main Swimming Pool – Install new Pool Terrace Lights, replace the filtration system & pumping system

• Kitchen – replace kitchen DBs & Extraction Fans

• External Works - Improvement to external lights with new light fittings and introduction of a centralized switching system for external lights
