I am currently a supervisor and banquet captain at the Arlo Wynwood. I helped to establish the hotel’s current coffee program. I have extensive experience building menus, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and onboarding and training staff. Although I’ve only been employed in the hospitality space for a year, I have over a decade of experience working in bars and restaurants.
