Worked directly with numerous major financial firms and their fraud prevention and telephony teams in designing and implementing their fraud detection and voice authentication systems from Pindrop. The Pindrop system is both cloud-based and on-premises (legacy systems that are migrating to cloud). The solutions are used to analyze live call data to develop a risk/authentication score using just a few seconds of audio.
