I was the scheduler and driver; my duties were to schedule all resident medical appointments and strategically map out routes to safely transport each resident in a timely manner to cut down on wait time as my goal was to provide transport for ninety percent of our resident: I consult in maintenance projects for the current maintenance Director. I have fixed and replaced toilets, faucets, plumbing and basic electrical. I assisted in getting the swamp coolers ready for the summer by replacing filters, adjusting floats, replacing water lines and pipes.

I was responsible for the upkeep and the cleaning of the building. My responsibilities included but were not limited to fixing toilets, sinks, swamp cooler, water pipes, changing out light fixtures, switches and plugs. Replaced several sections of a six, foot fence damaged by strong winds. Raised 34 pews three and a half inches taller to ensure stability, comfort and safety. I also painted and laid flooring on several occasions.

Remodeled bathrooms, sanctuary, kitchen, and dining areas to produce a more, safe and inviting atmosphere. Replaced water heater and ran new water lines throughout the building to update and finish remodeled areas. Replaced windows, laid carpet, and installed ceramic tile. I also put up drywall, patched holes and painted.

Scheduled all medical appointments for the residents within the company. Safely loaded residents in company vehicle and transported them to their medical appointments. Fixed sinks, toilets, faucets, beds, and light fixtures. Mounted TV’s to the wall; did move changes, took room temps and logged numbers to the generator. Fixed swamp coolers and ran new water lines to get them ready for use for the season. Measured and cut guards for registers in the rooms.
