Material & Resource Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress

(key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.

Maintaining quality standards for all works & activities.

Supervision of the workmen to ensure strict conformance to Project Quality Plan & HSE Policy.

Educating and training of Subordinates through regular PEP talks and organizing training program at Workplace.

Weekly Project Review meetings and further look ahead discussions.

Preparation of subcontractor / external agency bills and measurement book writing.

Documentation & Records maintenance at Site.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E) with 72.0% from M.A.R.College of ENG & TECH under Anna University Chennai. (2014)

Higher secondary course with 75% from Nadar Saraswathi higher secondary school, usilampatti, Madurai.(2010).

SSLC with 88% from Nadar Saraswathi higher secondary school, usilampatti, Madurai. (2008).
