SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

MT2, LLC: Captured 100’s of contracts in aggregate revenue of over $75MM since 2007. Consistently increased sales in terms of YOY revenue, number of projects, size of projects, backlog, and repeat customers. Identified and sold new profitable and scale-able business lines and services. Key in attaining recognition in the INC. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Environmental Companies in America (2016). Orchestrated inclusion of MT2 as a partner on a team that successfully captured USACE MAMMS III (5-Year,

$250MM IDIQ) award with leading A/E Firm. This was the first such IDIQ for MT2 in its 20-year history. Developed Joint Marketing initiatives with A/E firms and achieved proposal “win rates” of over 30%. Corporate Allocation Services: Diversified and grew customer base for this “start-up” 8(a) Company by securing contracts with Federal Agencies such as: DOD, HUD, DOJ, DOI – BLM & NPS. Landed the company’s largest contract at the time: a 5-yr, $20 million Air Force BRASS contract at Kirtland AFB. Horne Engineering: Led Regional Office business development efforts, proposals, and office operations. Profitably managed team of 8+ technical specialists during the closure of Rocky Flats (the first and largest US DOE Environmental Site Closure at the time). Salvaged the “floundering” 8(a) contract by attracting and hiring talented DOE-certified/qualified personnel, improving communications with the Customer, and improving quality and responsiveness.

RUST/EarthTech: Profitably executed: environmental investigations, soil/groundwater investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation, and UXO and GIS projects ranging from $2,000 to $7M involving teams of up to 20 technical professionals. Served as Deputy Program Manger under USACE TERC 1 at the Pueblo Chemical Depot and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) support. Developed innovative team capabilities as Manager of the Geology and GIS Sections (12 personnel) to provide added value to customers and secure additional task orders to attain contract remediation milestones.

EBASCO Environment and Infrastructure: Profitably managed and performed site assessment and reporting tasks for Rocky Mountain Arsenal (Central Study Area) and other DOD (USACE and USATHAMA) customers.
