-Makes daily inspections at each Gas wellhead including recording of wellhead pressures, flow rates and temperature, leak testing of X-mass tree valves Efficiently and safely operates oil production from wellhead to production headers, well manifolds.

-Prepares wells for wire line and Coiled Tubing, inspection surveys, breakdown and planned maintenance. Includes isolations, spading and depressurizing the system.

Carries out pre-head up and pre start up checks and prepare the procedures for commissioning of new Wells/equipment or re-commissioning.

-Visits sites (Wellheads Platform), discusses and authorizes various types of work permits, giving all safety instructions/precautions necessary before start of Wellhead/Flow line equipment by Field

-Star up and shut down and maintenance procedures of production Equipment.

-Interface with other service department staff to coordinate breakdown or routine maintenance work on wells.

-Report to Production Supervisor on status of daily activities and work progress.

-Assists in preparation, work and follow-up of maintenance activity on wellhead platforms including Christmas tree maintenance. Participates in commissioning and shutdown procedures.

-Maintain and update records on all lock open/lock close valves

-Isolation valves Wellheads and flow line equipment.

-Interpretation and planning of shutdown and starting wells.
