Work History

September 2022-March 2023-Adara Home Health-RN Case Manager-

Case manager for elderly and disabled in their home. Performing medication reconciliation, wound care, providing resources and providing link with entire care team.

June 7th, 2021-9/2022-Recover/Aveanna Health-

Assistant Clinical Manager (February 2022). Performed administrative duties assigned by clinical manager. Included leading SOC and therapy Care Conferences, mentoring new staff, working the Board for management of nurse/client needs. RN Case Manager prior to manager role. Provided case management for elderly/disabled clients. Trained to use Home Care Home Base. Worked with HCHB in the field and in Back Office.

January 2020- March 2021- Garden Square Assisted Living of Casper- Part-time staff RN. Provided care for residents of the facility. Administering medications and charting in electronic health record. Liaison for public health and facility during COVID pandemic.

February 2019-May 2021- Casper-Natrona County Health Department-CARE case manager and Expedition Project Leader-HIV testing, education and community outreach project. Ryan White case management for clients with HIV/AIDS. Continue to perform LT101 assessments for the LTC waiver program. Participated in COVID response starting March 2020.

August 2015-February 2019-Casper -Natrona County Health Department Maternal Child Health Program Manager- Administrative tasks including personnel duties, monitoring MCH budgets, submitting monthly fiscal reports and quarterly data to the state and other funders and community outreach. While in this role, duties included MCH client visits and CSH case management.

Maternal Child Health Staff RN- Performed Maternal Child Health home visits with pregnant women and infants/children. Case managed Children Special Health clients, ensuring appropriate medical care and access to community resources.

October 2007-February 2012-Casper-Natrona County Health Department- Staff RN in Adult Health, Disease Prevention Clinic and Maternal Child Health. Duties included Completing LT 101’s for Medicaid waiver, administering immunizations for children and adults and preparing patients for family planning exams. Performed TB administration and readings and pregnancy testing and education.
