5. Returns Specialist-Research product issues and work directly with various department managers and sales reps to resolve customer complaints and product defects. 6. Engage with customers and sales reps for RMA authorizations, approve the requests, accept the returns and credit accounts as appropriate. Issue UPS call tags for retrieval of unwanted or incorrect products. Research chargebacks/Debit memos from customers and resolve credit disputes. Contact customers for account Receivables to collect short payments and unauthorized deductions. 1. 7. Order Processor- The Order Processor is responsible for reviewing and submitting orders submitted via EDI by the Follett customer. Each Order Processor is expected to meet productivity and accuracy goals established by the CS Manager. Receives incoming EDI orders, reviews all art aspects, including ink/thread/applique colors, new art refer to’s, art approvers. 2. Performs product availability verification (ATP), confirms process and product minimums, verifies lead times, pricing and other validations in conjunction with data entry duties. 3. Interacts closely with Follett Account Service Administrators for problem resolution on sales orders.

4. Maintains an average order entry rate of at least 55 orders per day. 5. Maintains an average error rate of less than 2% of all orders processed and entered. 6. Can work independently and without direct supervision under strict time deadlines. 7. Can work overtime, as needed, particularly during peak entry times and/or hot market season.
