Developed key content necessary to efficiently organize manage an existing and growing workforce. Created government required handbooks, operations manuals, wrote job descriptions, reviewed and recommended effective payroll systems, and assured compliance with all necessary State and Federal laws and regulations.

Supported first-time government contractors in satisfying Compliance requirements. Also reviewed contract compliance requirements for existing contractors with ongoing and long term contracts.
