Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), identifying the major, minor courses for NCR and evaluating all NCRs for monthly reports & Presenting to the Technical Manager.

Proper coordinate with lab engineer to conduct the Concrete Cube tests and entire test on incoming Raw materials being used in Concrete Mix as per BS & ASTM standards such as Admixtures, Aggregate, Cement, Water & etc. on projects requirements as per approved ITP’s & comply with QCS.

The capacity of handling Overall type of finishing of the elements as per specified by the shop drawings and approved for delivery to site.

Responsible for the implementation of the procedure of all rectification as per approved Method Statements, ITP & Drawings.

Monitors correct curing operations.

Checks the sampling operations (when required).

Reviews the laboratory examination results

Checks sub-grade dry density.

Checks moisture content.

Checks compression strength test.

Checks after execution of costing.

Checks after concrete pouring.

Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Clients requirements.

Cheeks the plate load test.

Coordinate with subcontractors involved in the work.

In charge of dust-proofing works.

In charge of punch listing prior to consultant’s inspection.

Compile and register the QC documents or records for filing, handing over, and archiving system upon completion of the project.
