- Set up and operate equipments and tooling for Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Column Grid Array (CGA) preform insertion

- Perform in-process inspection utilizing appropriate equipment

- Perform inspection under magnifying lamp, light table and microscope

- Achieve and maintain BGA and CGA preform and insertion inspectionion

- ensure all specifications and procedure are followed while maintaining a high quality to meet goals

- applying acrylic cover-lay printed circuits board

- applying FR4 stiffener cover-lay printed circuit board

- kitting and sub-assembly all inner layers

- gathering all materials that needed prior lay-up process
