•Lead the workforce and leadership development training portfolio including the design, development, and implementation of eLearning courses, leadership academies, virtual trainings, and in person trainings for local health officials, health department staff, and partners.

• Build and implement a seven-month long, cohort-based, blended learning training academy that prepares executive level leaders to lead adaptively, mobilize staff to solve complex organizational challenges, create innovative workplaces, build intentional workplace culture, and navigate through transformation and change. Provided content expertise, led development of curriculum, evaluation, and associated resources.

• Develop a one-year long training program to provide new leaders with the human and process skills and abilities needed to succeed in their new roles. Provided content expertise, selected and managed external consultants, led leadership advisory committee, oversaw leadership training needs assessment, curriculum design, and design of evaluation for the training program.

• Design and deliver impactful virtual, in person, and synchronous and asynchronous eLearning
