A Medical Staffing company. My main focus and responsibility were but not limited to Transportation,Staffing, Management, Data Entry while making the customer experience and customer satisfaction being top priority. Position included using my personal experience and knowledge of fast paced work environments and thinking on your feet where the projected workload would constantly change. My Direct responsibilities included scheduling and maintaining a team of 14 drivers at all times that were catering to 2,100 medical workers on a 24hour daily basis for the entire duration of the project for a customer who service’s hospital and all staff members within that had different requirements and different work locations they need to be taken to and then transferred back to the Hotels of the residence for the duration of the entire work period throughout Northern California.
