PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery. Effectively managing high-stakes executive escalations and the pressure and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and, creating a viable working atmosphere with developers, as well as multiple product owners for two co-located sprint teams and one offshore team. Identify and remove impediments, conduct daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and create tracking plans such as burndown charts and burnup charts. Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product development team, encouraging creative thinking, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. Participate in developing high performing engineering teams and best practices such as pair programming, code reviews, continuous integration/continuous deployment.
