Responsibilities
• Data collection and review
• Field reconnainssace
• Initial inspection of contractors facilities, plan and equipment.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in quality control
• Approval of contractors setting out of works
• Maintain diary, logs, instructions, records
• Keep/Update contractor equipment condition list
• Review of contractors working drawings/plans
• Notify contractor of defects, stop defective works
• Assist the Resident Engineer to review and approve the safety plan
• Submit daily report to the Resident Engineer
• Perform any other activity assigned by the Resident Engineer
