Job Duties
Prepares tools, instruments, and parts needed in the performance of the job.
Maintains UG Mobile Equipment (LHD/LPT/Concrete Mixer/Dozer/ Lube Truck) systems and components
Tunes-up and adjusts valves clearance of UG Mobile Equipment engines
Dismounts and mounts specific parts and components
Test and evaluates the operational condition of the entire LHD/LPT/Concrete Mixer/Dozer/ Lube Truck Equipment
Evaluates the condition, degree of wear and tear of parts and components for their serviceability and conformity to specification.
Inspects, troubleshoots and makes necessary repairs on the operational problems of UG Mobile Equipment
Performs Preventive Maintenance as scheduled in accordance to established PM procedures.
Performs minor welding and cutting jobs on the equipment parts and components
Complies and enforces good housekeeping and lose control practices
Prepares and submits to superior maintenance accomplishment reports
Test runs the equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
Attends and participates actively during safety meetings and seminars.
Follows established SOPs, Safety Rules and Regulations, Company Policy and the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement
Performs other related duties as maybe assigned by his immediate supervisor in the attainment of the Department and Division objectives.
