I’m so proud of had worked in Mazda as interpreter, in the testing period of new engine model, as I did in DENSO, my activities was help to Japanese employs to communicate with Mexican employs, I support in the production lines, CMM laboratory, inspections, and important briefings where the Japanese and Mexican leaders taken decisions. My principal activity was support in the communication between Japanese and Mexicans. Personal Achievement

Since I was a child I always imagined how great were work in the airport, now in aero Mexico I feel really happy to helping at the passengers who come to Mexico, principally the Japanese passengers because they can't speak Spanish neither English, and at the same time I can use my Japanese. In Aero Mexico I support to passengers who have connecting flight guiding them and helping them in inspections of the Mexican customs authority. Other kind activities are supported to print their boarding pass, search their logged baggage, and guide those to check-in with others airlines. This job like me so much because I like be useful to the people it’s feel so great, and I can use my skills in Japanese and English. 2 3

I’m working for Carada Service it consist of three apps Carada, Carada okusuri techo, Carada Kenshin support, those apps are focused on health care, I participated in develop, maintenance, testing, releases, and attending user’s request. I use .net framework, C#, javascrypt, css, vue and ionic technologies for development, SLQ for data analysis, and Azure environment for maintenance and releases. Personal Achievements

■About Me

My name is Jorge I’m from Mexico, I have 32 years old since I was child my life was a big challenge because I haven’t father and my mother was always working so my brothers and I were alone at home. I lived in a very small cardboard house (around 5m2), sometimes we haven’t nothing to eat or dinner, however that never stoped us.

I graduated from one of the most important universities in Mexico the IPN as software engineer, at the university I learned not only the software develop process, also I learned about finances, project management, sales, industrial process and design. Since I was child I’ve interested in Japan and its culture so I studied hard Japanese and Japanese culture since I was 16 years, now I have JLPT N2 level (advanced), I love study languages so when I study new language I use to study 1 hour per day, I was teacher of Japanese around 3 years and it was one of the most wonderful experience in my life because I learned a lot from my students, I learned how to attend their needs, how to create solutions and how to manage big groups.

Also I was interpreter of Japanese in Mazda where I improve my skills in Japanese, communication, planning meetings and assistant to the CEO and cheaf leaders,write documents, but my favorite achievement was helping to the Japanese and Mexican staff to communicate and have good relationship 3 3

each other making an international cultural exchange. After that I worked for aeromexico where I worked with a great team supporting passengers at Mexico City international airport T2, there I improve my English skills and use my Japanese skills, I learned about airflights companies, I learned a lot about sales and customer services, specially help to the people that is my best. I had very wonderful experiences attending passengers who gifted to me presents for express their thankful.

Finally, I struggled a lot in order to come to Japan and have an opportunity here because I was refused several times for scholarship to study here in Japan, but after several tries in 2019 I came for first time, I studied in ritsumeikan university as JICA’s researcher, created 3d simulator for kids who needs wheels-chair and since 2022 I have been working in my actual company as mobile apps engineer. However I think is time to back to my passion helping people, I want to be part of a great team not only as a member also as family member, meet new creative people and feel that I’m useful to others, I think that have a very good skills I spoke three languages, I know about IT technologies, I have a lot experience attending people and making plans and strategies for goal accomplishment, I can manage big groups around 50 persons at time, but specially my best quality is that I never give up since I was child I have been struggling a lot to have opportunities but I never give up so my dreams it came true, I learned that is only need 3 things to success. ü Analyze what do you need for your goal
