The Patient Access Representatives are in charge of guiding patients through the admission process by selecting patients, positive customer service. offering our help, what is the reason for their emergency or visit, what are the symptoms and making sure we have a telephone number. and correct direction the preparation of patient information, contact assistance when a patient calls or enters the office.
