Responsibilities
•Close monitoring of CM/PM and project/expansion related activities to ensure there is no service degradation due to new launched sites/NE or expansion can be addressed timely and effectively.
•Perform ATP timely to rectify issues of newly launched sites/NE and make proper database of ATP snags and follow up for closure
•Rectification of TXN alarms reported on the NMS and rectification of Node invisibility issues on critical
•Supervise CM and PM activities in Lahore Zone-1 (Micro and Macro sites)
•Monitoring & Troubleshooting of issues pertaining to degradation of Major Cell Level KPIs
•Provide onsite support to NOC for BSS / Integration issues.
