Procurement:-

Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

Process the ordering of necessary goods and services including, capital goods, raw material, consumables and spares.

Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

Purchase:-

Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order raw materials in steel bar, spares, consumables, oil. Send them to the suppliers.

Review inventories and order as required.

Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

Track the status of any orders.
