Manage and operate hotel properties utilizing over ten years tenure in the hospitality industry. Six of those years have been as an Assistant General Manager. Including these responsibilities, taking daily reservations, check-ins, check-outs, insuring all posting was completed. Responsible for verifying and posting details for transactions such as funds received and disbursed to include balancing daily, weekly and monthly postings. Jan 2014- May 2017 Front Desk Supervisor, Comfort Inn –Horn lake, MS This is a 49 room property. During my time at this property I concentrated on bringing up ADR and Rev Par. At the close of both 2015 and 2016 we were able to increase revenue by over $200,000 dollars each year, to budget. We also stayed in the top 100 for GSS overall for Comfort Inns. As of January 2016 we were 87/766 properties, as well as staying as number one for our local area in Trip Advisor. July 2007- Jan 2014 Assistant General Manager, Sleep Inn-Horn lake, MS This is a 79 room property. During my time at this property I concentrated on bringing our property up to passing Quality Assurance. We also started the renovation the interior and exterior of the property. 1995-1999
