• As a former Front Desk Associate at Massage Envy, it was my responsibility to both open and close the clinic as well as book appointments and check guests in and out. I was also responsible for the light laundry that came with that title as well as making sure the clinic stayed clean and tidy. After my one year there, I was granted the access to do managerial duties such as cancel and freeze a guest membership and as well put in a membership transfer if requested by the guest. EDUCATION

Shortly after being promoted to Spa Concierge Lead at The Boca Raton Resort, I received the Dazzle Star Award due to creating an everlasting memory for a guest celebrating both her birthday and baby moon at the spa.
