In charged of laboratory set ups and responsible for carrying out the required analysis for getting the HACCP and Halal standard the liquor samples were required, those involved getting its degrees brix ( Bx) using a refractometer, its color by using a fully automated ICUMSA colorimeter or using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer (single/double beam), its turbidity and pH, reducing sugar analysis, total sugar as invert (TSAI) analysis, water analysis other than that solid samples were included in one of my responsibilities such as getting the purity and polarity of massecuites, final molasses and syrups by using a saccharimeter. Maintains good laboratory practices.
