I am a very energetic and outgoing person who loves people in general. Even though I have not been in an office environment close to 18 years my life experiences as a small business owner and as of 2009 a mother. I have learned to adapt to whatever life throws my way and to be flexible, as well as, patient on a daily basis.

This year the PTO mutually agreed to start from scratch and seek a new vendor for our school spirit wear. I was responsible for starting this search and acquiring a vendor to work with us to mutually benefit our school & their company. My job requirements included all aspects of pricing, designing and quality control. Also, assisted in designing the web page for students, parents and staff to purchase from and receive their items within a promised time frame. Successfully exceeded our goals on our first fundraiser for PTO Spirit Wear sales. Currently working on our holiday fundraiser for Spirit Wear. FUNDRAISING & SPIRIT WEAR CHAIR, WINTERPOCK ELEMENTARY, CHESTERFIELD, VA —
2016-2019
Worked closely with the PTA President & school administration to successfully raise money for our school. Led our team through all aspects of scheduling events and coordinating the events from start to finish. Reached out to the surrounding area businesses in our community to request donations for our fundraisers for the school.
LEAD ROOM MOM, WINTERPOCK ELEMENTARY, CHESTERFIELD, VA — 2016-2019
Assisted the teachers with any and all aspects for our classroom activities/parties. Successfully stayed within our allotted budgets each year to cover all outlined events. Scheduled meetings/delegations with Room Moms from each classroom on our grade level to coordinate the volunteers we would need along with donations or supplies required to host approximately 350 children participating from our current grade level.

Assisted teachers & school administration with help in various ways to make their daily routines manageable. In the classrooms, worked with the children to do special art projects, read to the students, organized the classroom supplies, etc. Also, assisted with coat/food donations to be boxed up and given to charitable organizations.
