● Troubleshoot mail, Google Drive file share problems
● Investigate any Alerts, such as suspicious logins
● Change ownership of Google Share Drives as requested Dell VXRail administration/maintenance (Disaster Recovery site & Production)
● Work with Dell engineers to quickly diagnose/solve hardware issues
● Monitor as needed
vCenter/vSphere Administration
● Closely monitor system health
● Provision virtual machines as needed
● Work with Dell engineers to expediently solve issues and keep production up and running
● Work with 3rd party vendors to problem solve issues with proprietary software SSL certificate renewal/installation for LDAPS authentication & secure website traffic Ensure monthly patching of virtual machines successfully occurred after test pilot group
