Application Letter: Indigenous Relations Specialist BC Hydro Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for the Indigenous Relations Specialist position (senior level) that your institution posted. I did BA in history, MA in Cultural studies, and Ph.D. in Social anthropology. My Ph.D. research examined the history, heritage, and developmental modernity contestations in Dawuro, focusing on the Great Dawuro Walls (Kati Halala Keela). For the last 11 years, I was worked as a researcher, lecturer, project manager, and community trainer. Besides, I organized many workshops, panels, and exhibitions and presented papers at international conferences in heritage conservation. I also engaged in organizing the museum projects. In 2016, I won funds from international and local organizations, was assigned as a project manager, and successfully implemented the project. I published books and articles in both tangible and intangible cultural heritages. See my CV, educational certificates, and work experiences attached below for details. Therefore, my educational background and work experiences fit your post. I would be pleased to work in your institution, which will give me future opportunities to fill gaps in Ethiopian heritage conservation. Hopefully, you will consider my application for the posted Indigenous Relations Specialist.

Best regards,

Admasu Abebe (Ph.D.)
