I have been working Track production machine operator, mill operator working shift 2004 to 2006 up etcetera.

I have been working as a junior technician in Track design team since 2007 to up to now & known well about prototype making, new product implement, technical specification update, special customers order handling, pilot track following, trouble shooting, process controlling etcetera.

About 5S and Lean production system assessed. (with FMEA, FIFO, JIDOKA, KIZEN, SMED methods)

Deeply involved new technology projects such as Rubber flash project, ( Pre heating) Hot box curing systems / Steam boos ting, steam boost +Pre heating system etcetera. I have been working as a junior technician in Track design team since 2007 to up to now & known well about Track curing data analyzing, Lab test, Autopsy test Elongation test & Track test bench machine operator etcetera. Processing of Rubber track are being known deeply since last 18 years in Michelin lanka private limited
