hi I don't have a recent resume, I can update one and get it to you asap .I have been doing this for 17 plus years. I've done many punch lists and got the homes or apartments ready to move in after inspection. I've worked with various property management companies, property restoration companies .I can do anything and everything that's needed. plumbing, electrical,drywall repair,tile repair, garage door repair, fence repair, roof repair, doors,repair, installs, landscaping,tv mounting, change out knobs and locks, and more. I have my own tools and transportation
