PROFILE:

Practical Telecom skills in Transmission using NetMaster managing EVOLUTION, METRO EVOLUTION, 1P10, IP20 Nodes by handling Acceptance, Installations, configurations and maintenance .

Ericsson Tellabs DXX Manager (8100, 6300), Ericsson Mini-Link TN Manager, Element Manager, AutoCAD, Google Earth, Pathloss, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio). Offering problem-solving and client facing skills, with the ability to interact with individuals across all levels and cultures. Solving problem in troubleshooting, installation, configuration with valuable experience in iManager U2000, Net Master, DXX Manager and Mini-link TN. WORK EXPERIENCE:

Since November 2014 to July 2023: Transmission O&M Engineer - Unigestion Holding S.A (Digicel Haïti).

Troubleshoot faults and assist engineer on field.

Analyze system performance for the purpose of effecting improvements Day to day monitoring on DXX Network faults from NMS.

Install and upgrade Transmission system in Digicel Network. Assist in the operations, maintenance and system support,

Perform activities in Operation and Maintenance related issue for DXX and transmission

Maintain the stability and the quality of the DXX network

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for NMS and nodes on site.

Execute work order / request from RF for site expansion, rehoming, migration (based on plan given by planner).

Raise CSR and follow up with supplier for problems in a network.

Daily alarm and healthy check, Log Event check and System backup.

Elaborate monthly report

Install and upgrade Transmission system in Digicel Network. Assist in the operations, maintenance and system support,

Survey, Installation, Testing and Commissioning SDH and PDH equipment.

Troubleshooting for problematic SDH and PDH equipment

Integration the new network element to the existing network

Support and Maintain the network for day to day operations

Support on high level troubleshooting

Installation and integration cisco router

Configuration and troubleshooting 2G, 3G, 4G and LTE sites

Implementation of update applications for multiplexing equipment

Cabling of optical fibers

Acceptance of optical fibers

Monitoring and maintaining the DXX (Digital Cross Connect) transmission network

Make connections between DXX and Base Station Controller (BSC), between DXX and MSC (Mobile Switching Center) and between DXX and Mini-Link

Configurations, Commissioning, Decommissioning, Troubleshooting, Re-dimensioning STM, Creating circuit for integration sites and Installations

1 year experience in commissioning of: ERICSSON PDH and SDH microwaves equipment.

Expert in site survey, LOS check, path profile analysis, Fresnel zone analysis, tower height selection etc.

In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies and principles: GSM, SDH, PDH etc.

HANDLE Projects of Migration from INTERLINK, EVOLUTIONS NODE to IP20 Nodes

Configurations, Commissioning, Decommissioning, Troubleshooting, Re-dimensioning STM, Creating circuits for integration sites, Installations… of: Ericsson MiniLINK equipment, DWDM equipment, Cisco router and Switch, CERAGON Equipment.

Planning of the transmission network basic access for the deployment of BTS.

Determination of the sites, check LOS path profile analysis, analysis of the Fresnel zone, selecting the height of the tower to meet the minimum distance propagation criteria link m / w.

Acceptance and functional test site acceptance of microwave links.
