Recruitment scope

Receiving Work Order Request/ Request For Service from Client. Understanding required scope of work and qualification needed from Client and raising technical query (if any) to Client to find the most suitable candidate.

Source, advertise, and recruit qualified candidates that meet qualification. Screens and verify competency of candidates before arranging interview with Client.

Negotiating with candidates on remuneration package.

Preparing Work Order Proposal/ Cost Estimate for proposed candidates in term of Commercial and Technical Proposal.

HR and Administrative scope

Manage recruitment record and candidate’s personnel file as to ensure easy tracking for on boarding process.

Preparing on boarding documentations & activity (pre & post) prior candidate’s joining date i.e., preparation of Letter Offer, Completion of Employee Personal Data Form and all necessary statutory forms for local & expatriate employees. Prepare pre mobilization requirement of Clients i.e., medical check-up (pre- employment) arrangement, travelling & temporary accommodation (if required), employment pass (for expatriate employee), trainings and etc.

Monitoring and maintaining employee records i.e verifying and monitoring timesheets/manhours/headcount, leaves and claims, personnel competency certificate, medical and training expiry.

Assisting Client/Project Manager in planning and control of the manpower resources for the project i.e arrangement of work rotation, logistics of project personnel and including equipment used in the projects.

Ensuring Project Management Team (PMT) is working within the provisions and guidelines of the contract.

Point of contact for Client and project personnel on contractual matters.

Provide monthly forecast expenditure and monthly reports on actual cost incurred against budget to Client.

Prepare and provide client with cost estimation/quotation for work orders that is not specified in the contract.

Ensuring all payment related matters are delivered and accounted for in a timely manner such as invoices, progress billings, project staff salaries and payment to subcontractors.

Purchasing and monitoring of project’s equipment/inspection tools.

Attending meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and on monthly basis prepares project progress report for Client.

Document Control- Safekeeping and documenting all documents and correspondences relating to the contract.
