- During my time at
Waters & Gate I acquired lot
of basic day to day office
skills as well as many

them to still be able to pay

As a progression I was also

- I worked at The Flying
Scotsman for many years
developing critical
experience in the hospitality
industry and in a customer
service role, my main

customers with a high level

and maintaining cleanliness
within the bar and cashing
up whilst locking and
opening the bar. I worked
my way to an assistant
manager’s position which
included the running of a
team of 9 and overseeing
the day to day managing of

- Whilst working at pizza
punks, although I had a few
roles in this restaurant I
ended working as a chef. I
started as a bartender
where I learned the most
popular and basic cocktails
as well as the companies
own custom cocktails.
General day to day duties
included topping and
preparing pizzas, prepping
ingredients for the day and
cooking pizzas all to a high
standard which are checked
by team leaders or
managers.
Everyman cinema –

Cinema where I
predominantly worked as a
bartender. Day to day my
duties on the job included
making and preparing
cocktails, taking orders
using a till and dealing with
customer queries.
Throughout every shift I

customer service and did
everything I can to help any

I spent this time a

include various side

polishing silverware as

private yacht which
charters for

Westmoor Club.

cocktails.
