Head of the Central Service of Pathologic Anatomy in UHC Mother Teresa
2017— Present
Leading a team of 21 professionals in conducting daily activities associated with diagnosing patients with commitment to achieving a minimal turn-around-time.
Orchestrating the implementation of Immunohistochemistry (IHC), in close partnership also with Roche Albania; initially commenced with Her2 testing and progressively integrating a range of other important biomarkers over the years in partnership with collaborators.
Establishing partnerships and consortia to facilitate the development of innovative solutions that designed to improve healthcare, and pathology in particular.
Executing the integration of Innovative solutions such as the implementation of Foundation Medicine, Inc (FMI) testing within the private market to accommodate for out-of-pocket segment patients.
The first ever launch of CGP, with FMI contract in place, first for Foundation One CDx and later with Foundation One Liquid Cdx
Attending international Molecular Tumor Boards and participating in the local Multidisciplinary Team Meetings in Breast Cancer
