Collect the result then write report to instructor weekly or monthly. Tensorflow, Keras, VGG19 model, Pytorch, Resnet101v2 with attention, opencv, Pillow To classify a dataset which consist of 5 insect species we built 2 model to make comparision Use Pillow and openCV to preprocess data. While Tensorflow and Keras are used for build VGG19 model and ResNet101V2 model to train
Version 1: I built VGG19 model and trained dataset. However the result was not satisfied because of low accuracy while I predict the data
Version 2: I built ResNet101V2 as a base model then I applied attention technique to improve the result. Moreover, I increased the nuimber of samples to train and test the model up to 12 times as the original dataset to collect the necessary information of each species In the future, I can raise a fund to maintain this project by signing up a research project for undergraduate students at my University and write a paper for a periodical about technology Link of source: https://github.com/nguyen-tho/VGG19_Insect_Classification.git 3D Brain segmentation

To segment and predict what issue inside patient's brain we extract the features of each issue such as tumors from 3D brain image dataset (BraTS2020 and BraTS2021) Build UNet model and use Keras training API to train data and receive the result Final result: Athough the result has high training accuracy (more than 90%), some other metrics are lower than some projects which publish in recent years. Future development: Improve the result by changing a new model and apply Transformer for 3D medical images.
