Department of Defense DoD Healthcare Management System Modernization DHMSM is a tailored Major Automated Information System MAIS program established to acquire and field a configurable and scalable modernized Electronic Health Record EHR System. DHMSM will focus on the replacement of DoD legacy healthcare systems with an Off-The-Shelf OTS EHR System. DHMSM will address the current state of the Military Health System MHS, where multiple healthcare legacy systems and data stores, developed over decades, need modernization to ensure and enable sustainability, flexibility, and interoperability, for improved continuity of care.

Dental application Lead and other Capabilities block testing, designs, implements, and conducts test events to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met (including Exploratory Testing, smoke Testing, Interoperability Testing)

Develops, implements, and manages test cases, test scenarios, test results, and defects using IBM Rational Quality Manager.

The AFG eGrants system is an online grants system that was developed to assist the United States Fire Administration (USFA) division of FEMA to manage their grants and achieve their goals. The AFG eGrants system is an end-to-end solution that accepts and processes applications from fire departments and fire-related organizations across the country. Tasked with functional testing related to different releases of AFG.

Responsibilities include:

The USCIS program is a large-scale business transformation effort for the US Citizenship and Immigration Services agency within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The program includes two increment deliveries through the implementation of multiple releases. Team IBM will be delivering both business and IT technical support of the program to include business process transformation, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities in support of a full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Quality Assurance – IBM Test Engineer August 2013 – February 2014

PostalOne system is one of the customers facing sub-unit Business Mail Entry (BME) and payment tracking (PT) system. USPS updates the system every trimester or on a as needed basis. IBM was supporting USPS to implement an error free release. Was part of the CAT (Customer Acceptance Testing) team that worked on PostalOne. Responsible for testing the system in the user's environment. The CAT Team played a critical role in the Systems Development Life Cycle in assessing the new functionality.

Responsibilities included:

Mentored the new consultants with onboarding process and making them familiar with the PostalOne release requirements.

Helped other team members to achieve the test objectives effectively and on a timely basis.

Worked with clients on a regular basis and reported the daily status report during the testing cycle and weekly client status reports.

MOM (Marketing Operation Management) is being implemented as the master digital asset management system for all marketing creative materials. MOM (Marketing Operation Management) is responsible for specific enhancements to the capabilities of MEL to include automatic replication of assets and metadata to the vendor systems AOC (Agent Online Catalog) and AAS (Agent Advertising System). Part of this effort is integration with SDL Tridion (web content management system), enabling MEL to be the content store for marketing owned web content.
