Current Operations Manager Moscow Embassy, Intelligence Analytics. Former Physical Security Manager for the United States Africa Command

(AFRICOM), one of the eleven unified combatant commands of the United States Department of Defense. Superintend of physical security for U.S. military operations, including fighting regional conflicts and maintaining military relations with 53 African nations. My area of responsibility covers all East Africa except Egypt.

Responsible for managing overall operations, delegating, and directing agendas, managing organizational structure, strategy, and coordinating different complex elements into an efficient relationship with command staff. Leading in Africa Command to strengthen our security cooperation across Africa and create new opportunities to bolster the capabilities of our partners in Africa. As a Physical Security Manager for AFRICOM I have enhanced our efforts to bring peace and security to the people of Africa and promote our common goals of development, health, education, democracy, and economic growth in Africa.

Operations Management Moscow Embassy, Intelligence Analytics December 2022- Current State Department – Subcontracted Controls State Department operations to achieve its mission. Supervises the hiring of top-level executives. Directs a group of high-ranking executives as they weigh options including mergers, acquisitions, and new business endeavors. Conduct in-depth interviews with industry professionals, examine statistics, and study research. Handle potential diplomatic issues, such as civil unrest, that might arise on the international scene. Facilitates teamwork and information sharing. Maintains personnel through sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and providing initial and ongoing training. Maintains a workplace free of hazards and in compliance with all regulations. Opportunities for the self- improvement process are fostered. Manages to get things done with their workforce by setting goals, outlining steps to achieve those goals, keeping tabs on progress, and evaluating how well they did. Evaluating the operational progress and performance in relation to finances, personnel, and top management. Coordinating with the board and other top-level managers to review the company's progress toward its goals and make sure it's staying true to its stated objective.

The purpose of this position is to enable the security element for US Special Operations Command under the oversight of Special Operations Command Africa

(SOCAFRICA) at Titan Base, Camp Lemonnier Naval Expeditionary Base, Djibouti. It is the responsibility of my position to ensure the security requirements are managed, enforced, and maintained for tenant Special Operation Forces while they reside. Worked with and supported Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and 3rd Special Forces Group (3rd SFG). As the Physical Security Manager, I ensured that as part of the security element that the roles and responsibilities that pertain to Expeditionary Bases as well as those areas assigned by the Special Operations Command Africa Security Management and the SOCAFRICA Titan management team are adhered to and enforced under directed policies and procedures.

INTELLIGENCE ANALYSTS

January 2019-January 2022 Buckley Space Force Base 169th FA Brigade Army Intelligence Analyst (MOS 35F) responsible for the collection, analysis, security and dispensing of critical and sensitive intelligence information. analyzed large amounts of data, cross-examined with maps and briefing commanders on information. Was responsible for all collected intelligence during various missions. Coordinated Military Intelligence and combined armed forces, assessed risks, and worked on projects to neutralize intelligence threats.

Attended to the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence that is required for forming policy and military plans at the national and international level. Closely worked with interpreters and Afghan nationals daily. Performed internal guard services to include vehicle and personnel entry control points (ECPs), perimeter towers, and internal foot patrols, overwatch, and personnel escorts/ guardian angel. Provided mission support, security and training services to government agencies and multinational corporations worldwide. Worked with Army ODA and the 75th Ranger Regiment.
