OBJECTIVE:
I am an experienced physician assistant searching for a position that will allow me to use my abilities and strengths to support the mission and goals of the next institution I join. I have 9 years of experience working in internal medicine. I am compassionate, highly skilled, and adept in collaborating with other healthcare providers to meet the needs of patients. I work hard and have the drive to make a difference.
I am extremely interested in continuing my career in the field of primary care/family medicine/internal medicine. I love the advantages of being on the front lines of medicine, being able to treat the whole patient, having more opportunity for work-life balance, having days filled with variety, preventing illnesses as well as treating them, and being able to build long-term relationships with patients and families. Not only is there a huge demand for healthcare providers in primary care but I also find this specialty emotionally fulfilling and intellectually stimulating. Any student loan repayment opportunities are a bonus.
