Vibration Monitoring of equipment to find the changes in the machine performance.

Calculating the plant performance, finding PLF, PAF, Clinker production per MW, steam generation per ton of clinker, cooling tower performance etc.

Performing Predictive, corrective, preventive and condition based maintenance.

Tube Thickness Measurement of Boiler and Air receiver tanks through portable ultrasonic transmitter.

Assessment of required tools for the maintenance of the equipment & maintaining spares parts of machines and lubrication stock as per requirement and formation of indent as per need.

Preparation & updating of day to day generation, MIS, ERP, RCA, Failure Reports, Tripping Reports and all department related reports.

To implement / follow / participation in all safety standards 5’s, TPM & ISO system for the excellence of the organization.

Troubleshooting responsibilities on valves like globe valve, Diaphragm valves etc.

Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures resulting in stoppage of work.
