Running and Programming several metal punching, burning of sheet metal, galvanize metal, and stainless steel for up and coming Plant builds. Once program was entered for the scheduled Product I would feed a 4x8 metal sheet into the Machine to have holes punched in various areas while it also had the capability to Burn holes and cut the product into the desired length as programmed using a plasma cutting operation. After completion, the product is checked for quality using plug gauges and calipers to ensure it was to the blueprint specifications. I also ran CNC bending presses, CNC shears, while still maintaining all required Quality checks.

Receiving of job packets and blue prints for your machining of product. Pulling of material and checking it out of stock to your cell location as well as getting all of your tooling and quality gauges needed to maintained conformance of machined product.
