***************@*****.***

Looking for a leader experienced in Quality Assurance, HSE, HR, Sustainability and Security? As a QHSSE Global Director for several companies, I assist my companies in navigating these issues. I am equally capable of working alone or with a team and in multiple locations. My experience includes budgeting, P&L and handling contractors. I have originated policies and procedures covering ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 as well as API and OSHA regulations. I have set up PSM programs in the marine industry, in upstream situations in Oil & Gas and in downstream service companies and lab settings for working in refineries and petro-chemical plants. Having experience in global operations, I am very familiar with GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, ESG as well as ECHA and REACh sustainability issues and have handled HR for a company of 300 employees.

I have successfully produced Title V air permits, pollution remediation activities and written Federal Security Plans for shipyards and other facilities deemed security sensitive by the US government. In HSE, I have lead activities resulting in reductions in LTIR and TRIR everywhere I have worked (up to 68%). Motivation begins with altering behavior and I have worked using Behavior Based Systems, HAZOP PSM/RMP and LOPA to develop safe work practices using as much quantifiable data and employee interaction as possible. SPCC, SWPPP, Tier II reporting, HSE policies and procedures including dealing with RCRA Hazardous Waste are just part of my skill set. I am also certified as an ISO Auditor for 9001, 14001 and 45001 by BSI.

I deal with all levels of business from the line operations up to the CEO/President and Board of Directors. I regularly chair meetings for the President, all VP's and Department heads and dealing with sales calls and QHSSE issues with clients. I have a valid passport and am accustomed to traveling internationally. I participated in API Work groups producing a guide to API Q2 for oil services companies. I am also very well versed in SEMS regulations and policies as well as European Sustainability initiatives, conducting training classes for our employees to get them up to speed. I have lead Kaizen events in several industries to improve our work flows and processes.

I have made advances at every business unit I was involved in. I have updated former company's REACh, IATA and IMDG logistics issues and training, getting us into compliance that was lacking before my arrival as well as training employees on proper product preparation and paperwork. I have been responsible for security issues from personnel/Executive protection to Facility Security according to federal mandates. I have been personally responsible for all Workers Comp insurance, case follow-up and facility insurance needs for the last five employers.

I have handled corporate response to both Federal and International mandates and best practices involving hazardous materials, using training methods to ensure plant personnel, field technicians and transport personnel are knowledgeable in hazardous material response and load preparation to avoid any such environmental incidents. I put myself thru college working as a police officer, spending time on the SWAT Team and as a Field Training Officer and a Sargent, so security is in my blood. I look forward to your call at 713-***-****.

Regards,

John E Williams III
