Equipment Operator, 02/2001 to 03/2005

C&J Energy Services Inc. – Robstown, TX

•Duties at C&J pump maintenance and opening and closing wells as a line Boss.

•Fluid technician for cross link jobs was another duty I undertook at C&J energy services.

•My Last Year at C& J I was a Safety Captain training and mentoring employees on Pressure Pumping operations and site safety protocols.

Pump Truck Operator, 04/2005 to 03/2006

Supreme Service & Specialty Co. Inc. – Refugio, TX

•Duties were to operate pump truck to pump down wireline on fracturing operations.

•My duties included working on pumps and doing well swaps on zipper fracturing operations opening and closing wells for wireline pump down.

•I also did the new hire mentoring for Supreme services.

Facility HSE, 04/2006 to 03/2008

•Samsung SECAI – Austin, Texas

•Duties were to overview the safety of over 3,000 employees working on the construction of the Samsung Facility

•My duties included walking the facility and doing safety audits with over 30 plus contractors at any given day.

•I also did the new hire orientation for Samsung and RCA and Case management of injuries that occurred at the facility.

Mentor Coordinator, 04/2008 to 01/2010

Baker Hughes – Alice, Texas

•Duties at Baker Hughes consisted of being a mentor to New Hires in the oil and gas industry and signing off operators on the equipment I trained them on

•Trained employees on Blenders, Hydration units, Chemical floats and line bosses on open and shutting in wells. Another major duty was site safety on pad.

•Other duties included running pumps, opening wells, running equipment during pressure pumping operations, flow back well as needed during screen outs and rebuilding valves at the iron shop.

•Churchwell Environmental Services – Robstown, Texas

•Duties at Churchwell included training employees in lock out tag out and confined space work, environmental spill cleanup and recovery.

•Other inhouse training duties were training employees in forklift, man lift and coordinating Drug screens for employees.

Flowback Operator/Fluid Technician, 02/2013 to 08/2016

•Duties at Exclusive Energy Services were to rig up flowback on well head for coil tubing operations.

Operating plug catcher and viscing sweep returns at open top tanks.

•Duties at IPS included training employees in coil tubing operations in drilling out plugs, cleaning out screened out wells and milling out lost tools.

•Other inhouse training duties were training employees in running and maintenance in coil pump and chemicals such as mixing gel sweeps and checking ph levels on recirculated water.

Field Safety Supervisor, 05/2018 to 02/2020 Profrac – Pennsylvania

•Safety supervisor of 18 employees and auditor of oil and gas locations in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania

•Duties included field safety audits, reporting of all incidents and accidents and training Profrac safety personnel in safety SOP protocols.

•Case manage all injuries and conduct RCA investigations during a recordable to solve and mitigate future recordables

•Complete audits and field reports on drilling, completions and construction well pads
